This elegant eatery on the ground floor of the Downtown Marriott Marquis isn't your average hotel restaurant. It's Houston's first upscale Oaxacan restaurant, which comes courtesy of two of the city's biggest names in the business, Tracy Vaught and Hugo Ortega. There's an emphasis on moles, so order a tasting to try four at once, with handmade tortillas on the side. The dessert menu is divided into two categories, one of which is devoted entirely to chocolate.
