If you're out in the western end of Houston and are craving a burger and truffle fries, you're soon going to have a pretty good option.
A third location of BuffBurger just west of the Sam Houston Tollway is now under construction, according to a release by the popular local-first chain.
Paul and Sara Burden's concept, focusing on omnivore- and herbivore-friendly burger options using locally sourced ingredients, is growing with a location at 10550 Westheimer in the CityWest Retail Center. This BuffBurger, scheduled to open in the fall, will look just like the others on Wirt Road in Memorial and on Alabama Street in Montrose.
And the food will remain the same too—like the old-fashioned Buffburger with lettuce, tomato, pickle, mayo, and onions; the Texan with a bourbon barbecue sauce; and vegan options like the corn fritter burger and Thai noodle salad. Also, the truffle fries. Can't forget them.
