Caroline Collective opened its doors on June 7, 2008 as the city's first co-working space. Over the years, the collective hosted everything from Lebowski Fests and gingerbread architecture competitions to freelance artists and writers in search of a creative working environment. Caroline Collective will close for good in September.

As its owners look to open another co-working space in the future, we look back at Caroline's cheerful past.
