What: Jubilee of Dance Onstage Dinner | Where: Wortham Theater | When: Friday, December 2, 2016

The night kicked off with Houston Ballet's one night only performance, Jubilee of Dance. After the performance 200 guests found themselves seated for an elegant dinner on the very stage the dancers performed just 30 minutes earlier, the Brown Stage at Wortham Theater. Guests enjoyed a lavish dinner and dessert by Jackson and Company. The highlight of the night for attendees was mingling with Houston Ballet's Artistic Director, Stanton Welch AM, and dining with some of the talented dancers from Houston Ballet Company. The event chairmen, Kristy and Christopher Bradshaw, along with Kelley and Stephen Lubanko received much praise for their outstanding leadership and support for the event, which is on its 3rd year. A Houston legend, Margaret Alkek Williams was also celebrated for her support and dedication to Houston Ballet, through a tribute video which played during the performance.

The Jubilee of Dance Onstage Dinner raised nearly $150,000 to further the mission of Houston Ballet: to inspire a lasting love and appreciation for dance through artistic excellence, exhilarating performances, innovative choreography and superb educational programs.
