Great Age Movement raises over $50,000 to build Houston's first senior playground.
Over 200 people gathered at the St. Regis Hotel to support Houston's Great Age Movement and raised more than $50,000 to build Houston's first senior playground. New York jewelry designer, Peter Martino, co-chaired the event with Tony Award winning actress Lillian Montevecchi and Dr. Carolyn Farb.
The silent auction included items from jeweler Peter Martino, art from Patty Lennon-Potter, items from international supermodel Carmen Dell-Orefice, and more.
GAM founder Fritz McDonald presented the G.A.M Award to Welcome Wilson Sr. to recognize him for his personal and civic achievements.
