In plush Vintage Park it’s a bit of a surprise to find this tiny Trinidadian bakery and café, but the eatery is cute and cozy enough to fit right in. The stand-out is pholourie, an Indo-Caribbean snack of fried chickpea flour balls doused in spicy green mango chutney and sweet-and-sour tamarind sauce.
