Cocktail queen Mary Li—best known as former bar manager at Tony Mandola’s Gulf Coast Kitchen—doesn’t think Eastern food should be segregated to one part of town. Enter her Cantonese creation, Ginger & Fork. Drinks with Asian ingredients such as Thai basil and dragon fruit are served alongside bone brittle flounder and cha siu sliders. Sunday brings an eight-course dim sum brunch.
