Houstonia's Taking Over the Taps at Whole Foods

If I were you, I'd take my flight of beers upstairs to watch the holiday shopping madness from above.

If you haven't yet picked up a seasonal six-pack of our favorite, locally-brewed winter craft beers from Whole Foods Market and you want to try before you buy, you're in luck. The brand new WFM on Post Oak Blvd. will be hosting a Houstonia Tap Takeover tomorrow, pouring all six beers between 4 and 6 p.m. The beer's featured in this season's six-pack include:

- Saint Arnold Christmas Ale
- Saint Arnold Elissa IPA
- Buffalo Bayou More Cowbell
- Karbach Mother in Lager
- No Label Elda M Milk Stout
- Southern Star Le Mort Vivant
You can purchase the beers in pints to drink as you do some holiday shopping around the new mega-store, or get a flight of all six to sample.
Additionally, WFM's in-house cheese specialist has created a cheese plate that pairs with all six samples, available for a few extra bucks. While you're there, check out the WFM Brewing Co. beer dinner preview going on at the same time, or sample the in-house brewery's newest beer: Flat Out Stout, which was just released last night.
And remember: there are still six-packs left to purchase as last-minute holiday gifts. They're only $10.99, and go great with a year-long subscription to Houstonia Magazine. Just saying...
