After hosting two meaty pop-ups in Houston following his big “Best Burgers in America” win from Good Morning America, rapper Bun B has been working to create more opportunities for Houstonians to get a taste of the beefy 44 Farms patties.
Today, Trill Burgers announced an upcoming pop-up at NRG Stadium. Just four weeks into the NFL season, Bun B and Chef Mike Pham are taking on hungry fans this weekend at the Houston Texans' home game versus the Los Angeles Chargers. Sunday’s pop-up will mark the company’s first-ever debut at a Houston professional sports stadium.
"Food and football in Texas are a natural combination. So what's better than your favorite team and your favorite burger?” Bun B says in a statement. “Enjoy them both together this Sunday at NRG!”
Expect Bun B and his team to be slinging the nationally-acclaimed burgers. As always, all three versions of the burger, the OG Trill Burger, Grilled Onion Burger, Vegan Burger—all made with the special Trill Sauce—will be available, as well as a side of fresh french fries.
The last few lines for the Trill Burger have been exceptionally long, so be sure to get there early. The brand will be posted up between the East Club and Astrodome on Sunday, October 2, and will serve food between 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
