Send Us Your Home-Renovation Horror Stories

What rookie mistakes should we avoid when working on our own fixer uppers? We might just feature your tips in print!

Sure, the house don't fall when the bones are good, but what if the bones are outdated? Or ugly? Or rotting? Working from home has got us itching to make some changes in our homes, and, frankly, a fresh coat of paint or stick-on wallpaper just won't cut it. And for some of us, we're looking to start from the ground-up.

So we're asking you, dear readers, to send us your advice for our home build. What went wrong? What went right? What did you wish you'd known before you started your own project? And do you have photos? Send all of that our way.

Just fill out our online form and we may put your story, your pearls of hard-earned wisdom, and your tales of lucky breaks in our spring issue.
