There's Dom Pérignon aplenty (including littering a bush across from the valet stand), but also a broad mix of both regular wines and bubblies by the glass and bottle. The menu focuses on small plates like truffled mushrooms, braised pork belly with house-pickled veggies, and duckfat-fried frites.
