This coffee house from Siphon co-owner Michael Caplan has far more to attract guests than mere caffeine. Toasts of all sorts compose the majority of the menu, from Not Your Mama's with cinnamon, sugar and espresso cream, to the avocado, frisée, sous-vide egg and honey-gochujang sauce of the Avo Cavo. There are also sandwiches, salads and, on weekends, bottomless mimosas for $10.
