Austin's favorite ramen is pretty darn good in Houston, too. Our favorite is their uncommonly smoky take on classic tonkotsu ramen, complete with its rich, silky texture. But it's not all-ramen all-the-time. The gyoza burst with juicy pork, but the stand-out is a bowl of fried Brussels sprouts called Sweet & Sour Yodas.
