Description

Houston's first Uzbek restaurant reminds diners of the food's exotic origins with a ceiling lined with stuffed camels. Uzbek plov, a rice dish dotted with meat, carrots, raisins and chickpeas is the house specialty, but lamb kebabs and Uyghur laghman noodles are also worth trying. Dessert includes honey cake, baklava and p'tichye moloko, which translates to "bird's milk" cake.
