As a bonus, the public can attend the community’s Easter Egg Scramble egg hunt, noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 13. 

During the free event, adults and children can meet the Easter Bunny and hunt for eggs he’s hidden at the Jordan Ranch model home park, 30714 Sonora Ridge Drive. Separate hunts will be held for children and adults with golden eggs containing cash yolks — $50 for children and $100 for adults — hidden among the more traditional candy-filled ones. The whole family can also enjoy the petting zoo, a DJ, photo booth, face painters and balloon twisters. Food can be purchased from Curbside Sliderz Katy, Off The Leash Hot Dogs and Wylie St Tacos food trucks. 

New Homes, Classic Fun and a Lazy River
