For over 30 years, Dr. Terri Alani has created a suc­cessful practice in Houston one smile at a time. Her motto, “A beautiful smile speaks when you don’t.” drives her to go above and beyond for dental care by concentrating on the patients’ overall health and well-being.

Cosmetic dentistry is Dr. Alani’s focus, but her office incorporates all phases of general dentistry from teeth cleaning to smile makeovers. The Texas Tooth Lady has lectured nationally, teaching not only porcelain veneers but also the highly sought-after Snap-On- Smile procedure. She is a frequent guest on “Great Day Houston” with Debra Duncan, where she dis­cusses all dental-related topics. In recent years, Dr. Alani has become the go-to dental expert on all of the Houston news networks, as seen on FOX 26, Chan­nel 2, 11 & 13, where nothing is off the table! Topics include everything from the latest and craziest dental TikTok trends to everyday teeth whitening advice. 

A super-influencer in the dental community, Dr. Alani has created an ever so popular YouTube channel at “Dr Terri Alani, the Texastoothlady”, where you can grow your knowledge on treatments, procedures, and more, at your convenience.

Dr. Alani graduated from Texas A&M University with her Bachelor of Science, and also graduated from the University of Texas Houston with her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. She is currently serving as the Spokes­man and Media Committee Chairman for the Greater Houston District Dental Society. Dr. Alani’s free time consists of nurturing her enthusiasm for fitness, in­cluding swimming, skiing, and weight training.
