The whole idea behind this home was to provide a seamless flow between stunning interior and exterior spaces. Custom lift-and-slide doors on both the main and upper levels allow the outdoor and indoor living spaces to flow harmoniously.

Part of designing harmonious outdoor and indoor living spaces was integrating views of the surrounding mountains into the functional flow of the home.  From nearly every room in the home, there is a masterpiece view.

From the beginning of the design process, the spectacular beauty of the lot dictated the design of the outdoor living space. Two thousand square feet of outdoor living area showcases direct views of Mt. Timpanogos and the Wasatch Mountain Range while the home’s placement on the lot and the U-shaped patio help the outdoor living space feel more private.

Along with showcasing the amazing views from the home, the Red Ledges Construction team incorporated the natural elements of the surrounding landscape into the interior of the home. The theme for the interior of this home is organic. All throughout the home there are elements that tie the natural beauty of the area with the interior spaces. The chiseled white stone in the living room fireplace matches the masculine feel of the exterior stone while fitting the organic theme of the interiors with its clean, natural look.
