My Houston Surgeons is dedicated to a world-class experience that goes beyond expectations, and that includes a good patient experience from the time a patient walks through our doors to the aftercare and follow-up. Our staff is engaged, passionate, and committed to our patient experience at My Houston Surgeons, and we prioritize and actively seek out caregivers that are proactive and tuned in to our patients’ needs. We believe that engagement between staff and patients results in better care and helps a patient feel more confident in placing their trust in us. 

Our mission is to provide elevated care in all areas. According to Deloitte’s report on The Value of Patient Experience, patients intrinsically value the interpersonal aspects of a clinician-patient relationship, such as communication and compassion. In BeautyEngine's 2023 The State of the Aesthetics survey, more than 65% of patients cited poor bedside manners as a major turnoff, and nearly 47% shared that not getting enough time with the doctor during a consultation can negatively impact their decision. Patients want to be treated with dignity and respect, and want to feel confident that their individual, unique needs are being met. Our clinicians make it a point to learn a patient's story and connect with our patients, knowing that a good patient experience is a critical aspect of elevated care. How We Deliver

At My Houston Surgeons, we have nine renowned and sought-after surgeons who are board-certified and board eligible. Our world-class surgeons come from a myriad of backgrounds but have one thing in common: being trailblazers with the highest level of expertise in the fields of plastic, reconstructive, and sinus surgeries. With a robust and compassionate team of Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, Physician Assistants, Front Office Coordinators, Surgical Technologists, and more, we are a group of professionals committed to our craft, who work in tandem with each other to create a welcoming, caring atmosphere for our patients and deliver positive, life-altering care.

The capacity of care that we provide is far-ranging, from aesthetic surgery of the face, breasts and body, hair restoration and hair transplantation, to microsurgical reconstruction after cancer or trauma, and reconstructive plastic surgery of the face and neck. We also have expert surgeons that specialize in the care of sinus, nasal and skull base disorders. It all goes back to us leaving no stone unturned when it comes to the elevated care that we provide for our patients. Our world-class surgeons have a diverse range of expertise, and use the most advanced technology and evidence-based techniques for all forms of surgical and non-surgical procedures.

Houston and greater Harris County is an enormous, diverse community. We adapt to best address our community's needs, and as such, My Houston Surgeons will be expanding to include a second full-service location in the heart of the Woodlands Medical Center. While we already have a satellite location in the Woodlands, the new 10,000-square-foot location will offer full services on the top floor of a brand-new medical office building and include an in-office QuadASF-certified surgical suite. As our community continues to grow, we hope to continue accommodating as many patients as possible. We're also expanding to include a 5,000-square-foot MedSpa on the first floor in Summer 2023.
