Among the new additions to the culinary team is Justin Solomon, the Director of Operations, bringing two decades of hospitality and leadership experience to the table.

David Luna, the Director of Culinary Operations, boasts an impressive background in live-fire cooking, while Patricia "Patti" Delgado, the Executive Chef, infuses her dishes with a heartfelt touch inherited from her family's culinary traditions. Additionally, Angel Belman, the beverage director, brings a wealth of expertise to crafting exquisite beverage experiences.
