After a half century of serving the Houston community and recent exponential success, Ninfa’s brought new talent on board in order to deal with the additional demands of that success. Among the new additions to the culinary team is Justin Solomon, the Director of Operations, bringing two decades of hospitality and leadership experience to the table.

David Luna, the Director of Culinary Operations, boasts an impressive background in live-fire cooking, while Patricia "Patti" Delgado, the Executive Chef, infuses her dishes with a heartfelt touch inherited from her family's culinary traditions. Additionally, Angel Belman, the beverage director, brings a wealth of expertise to crafting exquisite beverage experiences.

The Original Ninfa's, famed as the birthplace of fajitas, has witnessed remarkable success in recent years, with the Navigation Boulevard location recording its highest-ever sales in 2022. With great success comes a need for change and innovation in order to maintain integrity The original Ninfa’s have been maintained throughout the years. Changes have been in progress for the years leading up to the milestone anniversary, including renovations to the restaurant’s back porch, furniture, décor, remodeled bars, patios, and more.

As the brand gears up for a triumphant finish to its first half-century, it continues to honor its rich legacy while embarking on an exciting journey of culinary innovation and reinvention.
