The Spring Branch District Has Everything You Need to Build the Best Day Ever

A new study published by researchers at the University of British Columbia and covered in The Telegraph by Suzy Walker compared patterns on how people spent their time with ratings from those folks asking if their day was "better than typical."
Their conclusion?
The best day combines six hours with family, two hours with friends, plus 1.5 hours of extra socializing, two hours of exercise, one hour of eating and drinking, less than six hours of work, just one hour of screen time, and a 15-minute commute.

So, move a lot, have fun, be available to family and friends -- and don't work too hard.
Yeah, right.
Perhaps this is why the Spotify playlist "A Perfect Day " includes the song "Dreams," as in "Keep dreaming."
This information got us thinking: how could one create a great day in the Spring Branch District? While we admit results could vary based on individual preferences, here are some ideas for creating a wonderful day using the formula researchers devised.
