Some of us watch the Golden Globes for the movies and others for the fashion. If you were admiring the threads at Sunday's 71st Annual Golden Globes, you may have noticed Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke in a silvery dress by Proenza Schouler, looking nothing like a Targaryen. What you may have missed was her pale pink python clutch, which happens to be by local designer, Minnie Baird of Baird & Baird

Baird has been designing handbags since 1999 and has a habit of bejwelling the skin of exotic species such as Colombian crocodile, python, stingray, ostrich, and American alligator. Clarke isn't the first celebrity to accentaute an ensemble with one of Baird's designs. Goldie Hawn and Angie Harmon have been spotted with "Annie," one of the company's most popular purses.
