DiverseWorks was made over into a rose-colored dreamscape on Friday for the Art of the Runway bash. A string quartet and floral art projected onto the walls set the scene for a ménage à trois played out in dance between Alex Soares, Jacquelyne Jay Boe, and Danielle Gonzaba, in between models in woodland masks and fashions from Sloan/Hall, Leap, Laboratoria, and Settlement Goods. Co-chairs Duyen Huynh, Caroline Starry LeBlanc, and Kate Stukenberg and others observed the fashion show from rope swings adjacent to the runway to complete the artsy, whimsical vibe for one last spring-like romp before winter.
