White Hot American Summer

Summer whites are classic, but don't be afraid to add color.

When it comes to summer staples, white is the basis for many outfits. When things heat up, it's time to lighten up, but wearing white doesn't have to be boring. Whether you're wearing white jeans, shorts, a skirt or dress, you can pair these pieces with other colors, patterns and textures to add dimension and flair.

Add some blues and plaids to white jeans.

Give white shorts and crop top a bohemian look with a black/floral fringe vest, black fringe boots and floral headbands.

White always looks great with blacks and reds. We added flower pins to the sleeves of the white dress on the left. A red heart and red fingerless gloves are edgy and fun.
