IT'S THE MOST BEAUTY-FUL TIME OF THE YEAR with the return of Ulta's 21 Days Of Beauty sale. From August 29 to September 18, Ulta will take 50% off some of the five-star rated products in the cosmetic and skincare industry.
During the annual sale, four to six products will be highlighted as the deal of the day and will end after 24 hours or once products sell out.
