With October representing Breast Cancer Awareness month, there have been many events taking place in the city in support of survivors and those undergoing treatment. Kick-starting the month was the Susan G. Komen Race For The Cure on October 2 in Herman Park, and now, a new month-long collaboration hosted with Houston’s Simon Properties – most popularly creating the Houston Galleria.

Susan G. Komen is one of the leading organizations that addresess breast cancer on a global scale through its extensive research. Now, The Houston Galleria and Houston Premium Outlets, are among the two city-based properties that have teamed up with Komen for the Shop, Support & Save campaign; aiming to support the continuous fight against breast cancer.

All month long, both shopping malls will host exclusive activities and deals. Shoppers who make a $10 donation, will receive a digital Discount Pass for deals at over 50 select stores: including Kate Spade New York Outlet, Levi’s, and Steve Madden. Houston Premium Outlets will also host a yoga event led by Shaka Power Yoga on October 23 for shoppers who’ve made a donation.

All proceeds from the Shop, Support & Save campaign will go towards Komen and their mission towards saving lives, adhering to critical needs in the community and the org's ongoing captious research to cure breast cancer.

The Shop, Support, & Save Campaign will be available all month long at the Houston Galleria, located at 5085 Westheimer Road and Houston Premium Outlet located at 29300 Hempstead Rd. Cypress, Texas. For more information, visit online at Simon Properties.
