On Saturday, February 25th over 400 guests were in attendance as they found themselves in an enchanted castle at the Wortham Theater Center. The annual gala was chaired by Anne and Albert Chao, and honored Ann Trammell, one of Houston's most generous supporters.

A nod to the upcoming Houston Ballet production of Cinderella, guests reveled at the beautiful décor by The Events Company and enjoyed a delicious meal prepared by City Kitchen. Members of the Houston Ballet joined guests on the dance floor, and through the generosity of Diane Lokey FarbParty on the Moon performed.

At the silent auction, Tenenbaum Jewelers and David Shelton Gallery displayed pieces hand-selected for the evening. All tastes were accounted for, and Ballet Ball guests found no shortage of one-of-a-kind experiences ranging from a trip for two to Paris to a seat at a luncheon with socialite icon Lynn Wyatt.

The Ball raised over $1.1 million, for the Ballet's mission: To inspire a lasting love and appreciation for dance through artistic excellence, exhilarating performances, innovative choreography and superb educational programs.
