They're cuuuuute.
If you're still looking for things to do on Fourth of July, consult our ideas here.
Fly Dance Company: The Gentlemen of Hip Hop
July 5 | Miller Outdoor Theatre
Whether it's Times Square, Discovery Green, the Kennedy Center, or just the soundstage at KHOU's Great Day Houston, these Houston-based "theatrical hip-hop" dancers bring the B-boy realness to whatever venue they can find. As Executive Director Jorge Casco told Houstonia's Chris Gray, dancing is "a way for them to express themselves, and it allows them to create a career themselves as well."
Free. Miller Outdoor Theatre, 6000 Hermann Park Dr. 281-373-3386. More info at milleroutdoortheatre.com.
Houston Astros v. Los Angeles Angels
July 5 | Minute Maid Park
The Astros' usual Friday night fireworks should satisfy any leftover pyrotechnic cravings as the team kicks off this weekend series against its West Coast rivals.

Possums & Popsicles
July 6 | Houston Arboretum
This evening event summons the Texas Wildlife Rehab Coalition's ambassador animals to introduce you to the finer points of everyone's favorite backyard marsupial. There will be Kicpops popsicles and Saint Arnold brews, as well as a night hike to commune with the nocturnal animals in the wild.

Amazing Grace
July 4–7 | Museum of Fine Arts, Houston
Filmmaker Sydney Pollack captured the dearly departed Queen of Soul as she performed for a 1972 service at LA's New Bethel Baptist Church; that performance became Amazing Grace, the best-selling gospel album ever. This is the first time the corresponding film has been released to the public.
Tickets $9. Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, 1001 Bissonnet St. 713-639-7300. More info and tickets at mfah.org.
Camerata's 6th Birthday Party
July 7 | Camerata at Paulie's
One of our favorite wine merchants attached to our preferred pasta purveyor is throwing a birthday party! Nobie's Chef Martin Stayer will be there grilling up snacks; expect special bottles on sale for the occasion.
Camerata at Paulie's, 1834 Westheimer Rd. More info at pauliesrestaurant.com.
