Gastronaut is a destination for up-to-the-minute restaurant news, and we want to hear yours—but our blog is more than a clearing house for openings and closings. It's our goal to highlight all that's unique and delicious about Houston's dining scene, whether it's a hole-in-the-wall taqueria, that vegan place down the road or an under-appreciated dish at an old favorite.
