Adam Doster
As an associate editor, Adam writes and edits news features for Houstonia. He moved to Houston in March 2016 from Chicago, where he'd been freelancing. “Field of Schemes,” his piece in The Atlantic about the Field of Dreams movie site in Iowa, was named a Livingston Award finalist in national reporting. He's also written for Sports Illustrated, Fast Company, ESPN the Magazine, the New York Times, and Grantland, among many others.
Adam grew up in Chicago’s south suburbs and graduated from the University of Michigan in 2007. He likes to watch White Sox baseball games, drink decent beer, and read novels, sometimes all at once.
