Producer
Marianella Orlando

While Marianella was born and raised in Philadelphia, the cheesesteak city, she’s a lifelong vegetarian. She earned a master’s degree in journalism at Columbia University and, two weeks later, in June 2015, came to work at Houstonia.
She splits her time between contributing to Houstonia each month and heading up custom projects including District magazine, the Galveston Visitors Guide, and Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital’s Kids’ Health Annual.
In her spare time, Marianella loves listening to Drake, cooking, and hanging out with her Betta fish Brody.
