Previously, she served as the Regional Editor of Eater’s Texas sites and as the editor of Eater Houston. Before that, she worked as a higher education and features reporter at the Houston Chronicle and as a features reporter and blogger at The Baltimore Sun. Her bylines also appear in Texas Monthly, The Washington Post, Scholastic Magazine, and other national publications.
