Liz is a native Texan and has a knack for all things design- and media-related. While obtaining her communications degree at the University of Houston—Clear Lake, she was accepted for a marketing and events internship at Houstonia and quickly fell in love with the magazine. Staying on as a part-time event coordinator, she officially joined the team as an Account Executive for Digital Sales in November 2017. She’s a freelance graphic designer who also enjoys live music, reading and trying new foods. Liz dreams of restoring a van and traveling the U.S, one state at a time.
Through Houstonia she wants to be a part of making Houston grow artistically, creatively—and, more importantly, socially.
