And to accomplish that truly monumental task, we’re battling it out across two brackets: barbecue and Tex-Mex, arguably the top two cuisines most sought-out by visitors to the Bayou City.
Yesterday's Sweet Sixteen bracket was narrowed down to today's Elite Eight, and the choices are even more brutal than before—but that's nothing compared to tomorrow's Final Four.
