With the NCAA Final Four headed to town April 2-4, we want to know where you think visitors should have that one, perfect, definitive, truly Houstonian meal. And to accomplish that truly monumental task, we're battling it out across two brackets: barbecue and Tex-Mex, arguably the top two cuisines most sought-out by visitors to the Bayou City.
We'll narrow down today's Sweet Sixteen bracket over the next three days—Elite Eight tomorrow, Final Four on Friday—then pick our winner on Monday. Will it be barbecue or Tex-Mex that triumphs in the end? That decision is yours and yours alone, so head to our poll and get voting.
