Last week we told you about the grand opening of Fashion Truck Collection, the first brick and mortar co-op from some of the city's most popular fashion trucks. Today we bring you a report from the front lines, which featured merchandise from Height of Vintage, Park Boutique, Shoe Bar, and Urban Izzy.
Guests were greeted with cocktails as DJ Little Martin spun, giving the official launch an intimate party feel. The Lakota Room Salon set up a funky braid bar where waterfall braids and crown up-dos turned hair into works of art.
A few hours later the boutique transformed into a catwalk for a charming fashion show highlighting outfit ideas and inspirations. Noteworthy items included temporary jewelry tattoos, Texas Home shirts, and all the eclectic furniture that’s also for sale designed by FMWLfablab.
