The year of the rooster happens every dozen years, but the fire rooster only comes around once every 60 years. It sounds truly mythical, more than the average element + animal combination in Chinese astrology. Nobody is terribly excited about a water pig, but fire roosters get the party started. I'm pretty sure at least one of the Avengers is a fire rooster. If you need a little more fire rooster in your life (and who doesn't?) you're in luck: the start of the Lunar New Year on Jan. 28 has spurred many designers and brand to come up with their own spin on the animal.
