The easy-to-use water circuit starts in the spa’s locker rooms with a quick shower before going outdoors. Based on historic bathing cultures, the sun-drenched soaking pools and garden—flanked by beautiful landscaping, art by renowned artist Casey Parlette, and comfortable cabanas—allow guests to spend time in each area to maximize the scientifically backed health and restorative benefits of hydrotherapy.

If you can tear yourself away from the hydrotherapy experience, try the Gharieni MLX i3 Dome and PLT device. Trellis Spa is the only spa in the United States to have these unique treatments. Considered the “Rolls Royce” of spa equipment, the MXL i3 Dome and PLT device are no-touch therapies that work with infrared light to help you detox and rejuvenate.

The MXL i3 Dome looks like a slimmer MRI machine that you can slide into. With only your head visible outside the machine and the heat turned on, you are transported into a personal sauna where sweat and detoxification are the prime objectives for the next 25–50 minutes. The PLT device is an add-on service used with the MXL Dome that promotes facial rejuvenation through negative ion therapy.
