Plenty of markets claim they have "something for everyone," but how many can boast 100 vendors? Flea at Silver Street, the curated quarterly market in the Washington Avenue Arts District, hosts its 17th event at Silver Street Studios next weekend with the End of Summer Flea. Local artisans and small businesses selling everything from leather goods and handmade jewelry to greeting cards and gelato will set up shop in the venue on Saturday, August 25 and Sunday, August 26 (10 a.m.–5 p.m. both days) and expect upwards of 4,000 attendees over the course of the weekend.

Much-loved favorites like Manready Mercantile, Burdlife, and Anvil Cards represent just a fraction of the drawing power. Aside from plenty of quality local shopping, there will be food trucks, drinks, music, and pet adoption—a portion of event proceeds benefit local rescue and foster organizations the Love Molly Fund and Jamie's Animal Rescue. Admission is $5 (free for kids 12 and under), and tickets are available online.

Here are seven more vendors we're excited to shop.

1. Houston Antique Club

We fell for these framed succulent prints from April, but there are plenty more treasures to be found, like antique cameras and lampshades made from oil paintings.

2. Modern Artifacts

We're coveting the neo-bohemian edge of cool metal and brass jewelry, like this cast bird skull pendant ($45).

3. Three Hearts Apparel

These non-toxic, BPA-free silicone macaron teethers ($15) in sweet pastels look good enough to eat; here's hoping your crying baby feels the same.

4. Jim Koehn Art

Our kingdom for a gallery wall full of charming prints of Houston (and greater Texas) landmarks, like these breweries.

5. State of Houston

Up your cool factor with vintage-inspired tees and tanks like this one ($27.84) in honor of AstroWorld—it's especially trendy right now.

6. Sarah Briggs Jewelry

We're in love with the delicate, minimalist pieces from this Texas designer who believes "there's no excuse to not have beautiful jewelry on."

7. Ellion Candles

It's common knowledge that a house is not a home without a sweet-smelling, hand-poured candle.
