The city's largest silent art auction is back to hawk works from more than 250 artists as part of a bustling art party at Winter Street Studios. Good eats from top-notch local eateries including B&B Butchers, International Smoke, and more will be onsite to fill out the evening.

Menil Drawing Institute Public Community Celebration

Years in the making, the Menil Collection finally throws open the doors to the country's first standalone institution dedicated solely to the study of modern drawing. First up exhibition? A comprehensive exploration of the drawings of art star Jasper Johns. Get there early for remarks, performances from Da Camera and Wild Moccasins, and plenty of food trucks.

Cigna Sunday Streets - Rice Village

A rotating, ongoing program that converts different roadways across the city into bustling, walkable boulevards banished of cars, Sunday Streets comes to Rice Village for live music, art sales, and general pedestrian frivolity. The next installment will take place next month downtown
