Hilary Duff stars in the new Hulu special, "How I Met Your Father."

Mayor Sylvester Turner makes a statement on the new permitless carry law going into effect in Houston. 

 

Turner shared his concerns on the bill, saying that the state of Texas "loosened gun laws, especially during a time of increased gun violence." Turner emphasized that the new law will have a harmful impact on our neighborhoods and streets.

The new show will appear on Hulu, as a spin-off to "How I Met Your Mother." Duff plays the role of Sophie, where she explains to her son, how she met his father.
