Triniti Celebrates Two Years with a Tempting Feast

Chef Ryan Hildebrand and team are serving an 8-course anniversary dinner to remember.

Though food pundits were initially wary of chef Ryan Hildebrand's slick new restaurant when it first opened two years ago (myself included), Triniti has proved its initial critics wrong—thriving in a gorgeous build-out that earned it a James Beard Award nomination this past year, and dishing out playful modern American food such as its popular foie gras breakfast (above) that quickly makes one-time diners into regulars.

This coming Sunday, Triniti is celebrating its two-year anniversary with an eight-course feast prepared by Hildebrand and his team. For $200, you'll be getting some of the restaurant's most celebrated dishes as well as a few treats whipped up especially for the annivesary affair. There will also be a wine pairing with each course, as well as a "special parting gift."

Robb Walsh called Etoile's recent anniversary dinner a bargain at $68 for four courses, and I'm offering my own recommendation for Triniti's anniversary dinner as well. It's ridiculously easy to drop $200 in the course of a normal meal at Triniti; eight courses plus wine pairings for only $200 may just be the best way to enjoy a glamorous Triniti experience. Call it an early Christmas gift to yourself.
