The four specialty loaves available at Whole Foods.

Have you tried a loaf from Bread Man Baking Co? If the answer is no, you have fewer excuses now.

The popular bakery operated by Tasos Katsaounis announced Tuesday that its distribution network has grown significantly through an expansion of its partnership with Whole Foods Market. While you can find Bread Man products at 12 Houston-area Whole Foods locations (plus six H-E-B locations), starting today, four Bread Man loaves per season will be available at 48 more Whole Foods stores across Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma.

"The expansion within Whole Foods is a dream come true, and we’re overjoyed with the growth of this relationship," said Katsaounis in a release. "The ability to showcase our products to a new audience is exciting. Whole Foods gave us the creative liberty to create seasonal flavors so we came together as a team and immediately explored our own favorite holiday flavor combinations."

For the fall, you can get pumpkin spice brioche, white chocolate orange challah, jalapeño cheddar sourdough, and chocolate cherry sourdough. All breads are naturally leavened and made with no artificial preservatives and additives, and they use ingredients from King Arthur Baking and Barton Springs Mills.

"I get to tell my family and friends in Dallas that they can go to their local Whole Foods Market and buy our breads," said Katsaounis. "I can’t thank Whole Foods enough for supporting our bakery and giving us the opportunity to expand our reach to other communities and share our love for artisan breads with them."

Of course, you can still get Bread Man products at the Urban Harvest Saturday Farmers Market, and Katsaounis's work can also be found at the new White Elm Cafe Bakery in Memorial.
