The Mexican Mineral Water's glass bottles are a fan favorite, and after multiple requests, the Molson Coors Beverage company stocked shelves with Topo Chico’s Hard Seltzer’s most popular flavor, Strawberry Guava, in the company’s iconic 12-oz glass bottle.
"We couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate the holidays than surprising our biggest fans with Topo Chico Hard Seltzer in glass bottles," said Matt Escalante, senior director of hard seltzers at Molson Coors Beverage Company.
According to a release, the hard seltzers are available in single-flavor 12 packs, with each 12-oz bottle containing 4.7% of alcohol by volume and 100 calories. As they conclude a "jam-packed launch year," the company’s holiday hospitality will be seen well into the new year, with Strawberry Guava Hard Seltzer glass bottles sticking around in key markets year-round. The popular variety pack that includes flavors such as Exoctic Pineapple, Tangy Lemon Lime, Tropical Mango, and Strawberry Guava will also stick around in 2022.
"There’s something incredibly special about drinking Topo Chico Hard Seltzer straight from the bottle," Escalante said. "And we can’t wait for drinkers to pop something with a bit more character this season and beyond."
The excitement for the company doesn’t stop there. The conglomerate plans to introduce a new concept in the spring with a Topo Chico Margarita Hard Seltzer variety pack. With the way Texans love their margaritas, it’s sure to be a fan favorite.
"From Molson Coors’ limited launch of Topo Chico Hard Seltzer earlier this year to the announcement of U.S. national expansion and Canadian launch in 2022, to offering the product in cans and now in glass bottles, it has been a great year for Topo Chico Hard Seltzer," said Dan White, Chief of New Revenue Streams, Coca-Cola North America Operating Unit. "We are excited about the glass bottle launch as a premium way for people to experience the crisp finish of Topo Chico Hard Seltzer."
