Pappas Bros. Steakhouse

Both Houston-area locations of Pappas Bros. Steakhouse will offer a dinner for two. The dinner is a three-course prix-fixe meal, which includes a choice of house salad or soup of the day, an entree and a choice of desserts.

Valentine's Day Is Trash at Angel Share

Join Angel Share on V-Day for their anti-celebration.

Angel Share is calling all the singles to the floor for Valentine's Day. In the anti-celebration of Cupid's holiday, the restaurant will serve a Rum Old Fashioned and Negronis for $6, as well as a Drink Yo Feelings cocktail. Angel Share makes it clear that it is [not] celebrating all weekend, so come in and enjoy your solitude on Friday, Saturday and Monday.

Molina's Cantina

If you're looking for something simple this year, Molina's Cantina is keeping it simple with signature Tex-Mex dishes. Molina's will offer a Cupid Combo for both dine-in and takeout, which features beef and chicken fajitas with sides and house-made flour tortillas, four Cancun shrimp (stuffed with jalapeños and Chihuahua cheese, wrapped in bacon and grilled), one whole grilled Texas quail and one slice of Tres Leches cake.

If you'd rather stay home for Valentine's Day this year, but still want to give your significant other a sweet treat, head to Dessert Gallery for its V-Day specials. The bakery has multiple specials that are perfect for that secret admirer of yours. You can purchase a "Heart-Cuterie" Board Kit for $89.50, Valentine's Hot Cocoa Bombs for $8.95, Red Velvet Cupcake-in-a-Jar for $5.95 and Hand-Decorated Heart Butter Cookies for $4.75 each.

Hidden Omakase

Hidden Omakase's Aged Otoro with kaizame. 

Japanese restaurant Hidden Omakase, which is typically open Thursday through Sunday, is opening its doors for the lovebirds. Chef Niki Vongthong has curated a special menu for Valentine's Day, which includes aged otoro with kaizame, complimentary bubbles, and a rose and heart-shaped chocolate cookie. Plus, those who reserve their spot are also able to BYOB (with a small corkage fee).

James Harden's signature restaurant, Thirteen, is opening on Monday to serve on Valentine's Day. The new American restaurant will have a prix-fixe menu, plus an extensive selection of fine wine, champagne and hand-crafted cocktails all evening. The menu will include small plates such as the Fried Oysters and Deviled Eggs with Pickled Shrimp and Crispy Shallots. Entrees include a 38-ounce Dry-Aged Tomahawk Steak and Whole Red Snapper.

Ember & Greens Restaurant and Bar

If Cupid's bow happened to miss you this Valentine's Day and you're looking to fill the void, head to Memorial and dine at Ember & Greens Restaurant and Bar. The healthy comfort food spot is offering some healthy yet filling options for the holiday. For Valentine’s weekend and Valentine’s Day, a special three-course menu is available for dine-in and to-go.  The dine-in options include a three-course meal, glass of house wine or beer with the first course, and a glass of Prosecco or coffee with the third course.  The Takeout for Two option includes two three-course meals and a bottle of house red or white wine.

La Table

We all know France is a place for romance, and La Table is bringing a taste of amour to Houston for Valentine's Day. On the 14th, the French eatery will offer a romantic, three-course tasting menu with additional à la carte add-ons available. The prix-fixe menu will feature options like Artichoke Truffle Soup, Tuna Tartare, Beef Cheek Bourguignon, Crab-Stuffed Branzino Paupiettes and a Chocolate Tart.

Rainbow Lodge

Rainbow Lodge is heralded as one of Houston's most romantic restaurants, and the log cabin-style eatery will keep up the tradition for St. Cupid. The restaurant is offering a three-course menu for dinner, which includes lump crab cakes and seared sea scallops for starters, and main courses like a grilled six-ounce Beef Tenderloin Filet, Seared Duck Breast and Foie Gras.

Modern Italian restaurant Prego in Rice Village will help you say "Ti voglio bene" this Valentine's Day, which simply translates to I love you. The Italian eatery will serve the regular menu plus off-the-menu specials, including Halibut with Gulf Shrimp and Osso Bucco with Mushroom Risotto, and Veal Chop Milanese. Prego will also have wine and cocktail specials.

Backstreet Cafe

One of Houston's most romantic restaurants to dine at is Backstreet Cafe. Chef Hugo Ortega is helping set the scene for V-Day weekend by offering a special Couple’s Menu and a Valentine’s Day dinner menu, both with four courses.

State Fare

If you're just hanging with the girls this year, bring in Galentine's Day the right way at State Fare. Both Houston-area locations will be serving Cupid Sliders, which are fiery-hot fried chicken in between Red Velvet Waffles with two eggs and hash browns. And it wouldn't be brunch without cocktails, so State Fare will also have Rosé Flights.

Looking for seafood on V-Day? Caracol is the place to be. The restaurant will offer a special couple’s menu and Valentine's dinner menu for the holiday. With seafood dishes hailing from the six coastal regions of Mexico, menus for both evenings include Molotes de Pato, oval plantain cake filled with shredded duck, beans, crema, fig mole, and Ceviche de Langosta; thin-sliced lobster tail, red apple, salsa bruja and berries.

Liberty Kitchen

We all know that oysters are an aphrodisiac, and Liberty Kitchen (both locations) has a wonderful weekend planned for Houstonians. The oysterette will serve an elegant three-course, prix-fixe menu featuring dishes like Lobster Bisque paired with Moet & Chandon Rosé Imperial Brut, Filet with Seared Foie Gras paired with Moet & Chandon "Imperial" Brut and Chocolate Covered Strawberries. If you swing by the Memorial location for the weekend, you'll also get to enjoy live music.

Sylvia's Enchilada Kitchen

If you want the fiery love you have for your partner to align with your V-Day meal, Sylvia's Enchilada Kitchen has the ideal menu filled with Tex-Mex favorites. For Valentine’s Day, Sylvia’s (both locations) will be offering a Parrillada Special for Two, which includes a half-pound of chicken and beef fajitas, two grilled quail and four jumbo shrimp, served with rice, beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, cheddar cheese, sour cream and tortillas, plus one chocolate Tres Leches cake to share.

To celebrate its very first Valentine's Day, URBE has a Valentine's Day menu for two, in addition to its regular dinner menu. The curated menu includes Barbacoa, Enchiladas and Arrachera. To pair with the cuisine, URBE will also offer pitcher cocktails, drink flights and special cocktails for the night, plus the in-house bakery will be making special pastries like heart-shaped Conchas and cookies, and selling artisan house-made chocolate boxes from its sister restaurant.

Taste the flavors of Oaxaca, Mexico, at Xochi for the holiday. The restaurant, located inside the Marriott Marquis in Houston, will offer a four-course meal for Valentine's Day and weekend. The bill of fare includes Taquitos de Papa, Camarones Tatemados and Ensalada Roja.

Join Etoile for an evening of enchantment for Valentine's Day, whether at home or in person. Offered is  a special four-course Valentine’s menu on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, in addition to the a la carte menu, and exclusively on Monday, Valentine’s Day. The menu includes Four Gras Au Torchon, duck foie gras “au torchon,” prune mousseline, toasted brioche and Filet Boeuf Angus Aux Morilles, made with beef tenderloin, truffle mashed potatoes, vegetables and morel mushroom sauce.

Perry's Steakhouse

Perry's Steakhouse is rolling out the red carpet for V-Day weekend. On Valentine's Day, Perry's will offer a three-course prix-fixe menu with some of its signature dishes, featuring lobster bisque, 8-ounce filet Perry and white chocolate cheesecake. But that's not all. Perry’s is offering a Valentine’s Candlelit Dinner for Two from Feb. 11-14. The dinner for two is an evening of romance. It includes a choice of two salads, 12-ounce Candlelight Filet Mignon Roast, sides of whipped potatoes and thick-cut chargrilled vegetables, half a dozen chocolate-dipped strawberry kisses, rose petals, and a votive candle and holder.

Whether you're celebrating love or riding solo this year, slide on over to Kenny & Ziggy's for a satisfying meal. The New York-style deli will be serving sky-scraping sandwiches, entree salads, smoked fish, comfort foods like stuffed cabbage, Hungarian goulash, chicken soup, chopped liver, Romanian steak and, if you still have room for dessert after all that, its  famous cheesecake is also on the menu.

Off-menu items for Valentine's Day include Jumbo Asparagus & Burrata dressed with a black truffle vinaigrette, a Prime New York Strip with smoked onion soubise, roasted mushroom, Seared Scallop & Jumbo Shrimp over black forbidden rice, and Roast Breast of Duck with roasted beet and carrot, preserved lemon and Ras El Hanout spiced jus.

Tony’s has also curated an exclusive Valentine’s Day wine list featuring special selections. The V-Day menu includes caviar service, Tony’s classic Bolognese Bianco, and Chef Kate's Spaghetti Marechiaro with PEI Mussels, San Marzano Tomato- and Sangiovese.
