If your morning routine starts with hearting your favorite fashion bloggers on Instagram, it's time to take your love IRL. This Thursday evening is the fourth annual A Couture Cause event, where founders Lyndsey Zorich (of the blog L. Avenue) and photographer Traci Ling will release their coveted Trend Guide, a 75-page hardcover coffee-table book featuring the individual, of-the-moment looks of 25 trendsetting Houstonians—think bloggers, socialites and other chic women-about town.

2017 Trend Guide chairs Sara Cooper and Candace Thomas worked with local designers and boutiques including Tootsies, The Vintage Contessa and Abejas to showcase their favorite fashion picks for the coming year on 25 extraordinary Houstonian women, chosen for their zeal for both style and philanthropy. It's the ultimate insider's guide to Houston fashion, and it's only available at the event, taking place from 7-10 p.m. at LifeHTX. 

The unifying force that brings these stylish women together—organizing the event and guide takes an entire year—is charity, and this year proceeds from A Couture Cause benefit the Youth Hope Association and the Amschwand Sarcoma Cancer Foundation. 

“We create quality-of-life programs for pediatric hospital patients in the medical center, specifically Texas Children’s Cancer Center. We bring volunteers in to do arts and crafts, we have brought in the Houston Dynamo players, and we do rodeo parties,” says Zorich, the founder of YHA. “We are putting smiles on the kids’ faces while they are going through treatments for a very serious illness.”
