Well, Houston, dreams do come true.
On Wednesday, the home goods and furniture chain announced it is opening its third Texas location (the other two are in Dallas and Austin) at 2414 University Blvd #130 in Rice Village.
“We see Houston as a city that celebrates creativity and culture,” said Ryan Turf, president of CB2, in a statement, “something we identify with as a company and in our designs.”
Starting next month, shoppers can wander the 10,084-square-foot showroom, admiring the eclectically modern furniture, minimalist accessories , trendy and cozy decor (how many throw pillows can we fit onto our couch?), and more. Plus, you can consult with design specialists and do in-store pickup for online orders (i.e., no more worrying if your new coffee table is going to get damaged in the mail).
And, since Rice Village also just got a West Elm, if you never actually redecorated your house last year, or you already hate the makeover you did during quarantine, now’s your chance to embrace your inner-HGTV zealot and give your home an upgrade.
