Socially distanced flights are the name of the game for "hop on" jet carrier JSX.

Looking for a luxurious but practical way to travel in Texas? Dallas-based “hop on” jet service JSX, which launched daily roundtrip service between private terminals at Hobby Airport and Dallas Love Field in late November, now has flights starting at only $99 each way.

The carrier, which was named one of Fast Company’s “Most Innovative Companies” of 2020, is known for providing a private jet experience at pricing that rivals that of most commercial airlines. That, and you can also arrive just 20 minutes prior to your departure and basically “hop on,” after having an AI-enabled thermal scanner read your temperature, that is.

In fact, when it comes to pandemic-era travel, this could very well be the safest carrier in Texas. Along with HEPA air circulation, jets feature a socially distanced 1x1 seating configuration (i.e., one seat on each side of the aisle, per row) with a 30-passenger capacity—each seat has business-class legroom, too.

You can also expect quick, contactless boarding (again, in fewer than 20 minutes), contactless security screening, two free checked bags, complimentary in-flight drinks, snacks, cocktails, and no fees for pets under 30 pounds.

For those hoping to get even more indulgent in the near future (attention: all upcoming bachelor parties), JSX is also partnering with Texas’s top golf resort, Lajitas Golf Resort—located on 37,000 acres between Big Bend National Park and Big Bend Ranch State Park on the banks of the Rio Grande—with an ultimate outdoor adventure that includes a nonstop flight straight to the resort (golf bags fly free), a two-night stay, and three rounds of golf.  The package launches in January 2021, and the pricing? Well, you can get that information at 972-885-7215.

For mere mortals, head to jsx.com to book a flight and get more info.
