Houstonia's Scotch & Steaks event was an intimate evening of decadence on July 10 at B&B Butchers. Kicking off with welcome cocktails at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner with Glenfiddich pairings; to the scotch connoisseurs (or those with expert aspirations), this experience was priceless. The custom three-course menu crafted by Jeremiah Butler of B&B Butchers featured rare, limited-edition, and experimental scotches from Glenfiddich’s master portfolio.

Each dish served was designed by to bring out the flavors of their scotch companion. Glenfiddich’s National Brand Ambassador, David Allardice, was in attendance to provide tasting notes and a rich history of the process behind each perfectly aged scotch poured.
