The luxury sweet shop is also unveiling a line of Houston-inspired treats.

If you want to view paradise, simply go next to the River Oaks Theatre, because friends, there will be a chocolate fountain.

Luxury chocolate shop Cacao & Cardamom on Tuesday announced its second location will be opening at 2013 W. Gray St. in Montrose. It'll bring its hand-painted and handmade bon-bons and truffles, and it'll launch a line of Houston chocolate bon-bons (more on that in a second)—but again: chocolate fountain.

A 5-foot, golden-plated and dual-cascading fountain will greet visitors at this new location. According to Cacao & Cardamom, it will pour both dark and caramelized white chocolate. I wouldn't suggest bringing a bucket to Cacao & Cardamom, but will someone stop you? (Probably.)

As for the Houston collection, the bon-bons were made in collaboration with local companies. You got Cold Brew Coffee Crunch (dark chocolate cold brew coffee ganache with a coffee bean nougatine) with help from Java Pura Coffee Roasters; a chevre dark chocolate ganache (that's thanks to Houston Dairymaids); and an old fashioned bon-bon with rye whiskey gelée, Angostura bitters ganache, and a hint of orange peel (Yellow Rose Distillery). Other bon-bons were made with help from Breadman Baking Company, HIVE Bee Farm, Nice Winery, and Xocolla Chocolate.

The new location will have a grand opening on September 28. Before that, we'll tell you how the chocolates taste. And maybe try out that chocolate fountain.
