Goodbye Conservatory. Hello new Conservatory.

Ever thought, "Gee, I'd like to visit Conservatory one of these days"?

You have today and tomorrow.

According to a report by the Chronicle, Conservatory will close on New Year's Eve and then re-open in May at 2118 Lamar in East Downtown along with adjacent restaurant and theater Prohibition Supperclub & Bar.

But that's not all for Company of Nomads, the group run by Ahn Mai, Lian Pham, and Shepard Ross, which also operates Bravery Chef Hall and the upcoming Railway Heights project. According to the report, Company of Nomads will open a second Conservatory (called Conservatory 2, naturally) in September at 5351 W. Alabama in the Galleria area. The 12,000-square-foot space will feature 11 vendors and three bars.

Then it'll open Hawker Asian Night Market in October at 2601 Main in Midtown. This food hall will include 11 Asian concepts that may include "rooftop dim sum" and "a shanty bar alley."

The information was revealed by Company of Nomads in a company memo provided to Houstonia on Monday.

"In 2020, Company of Nomads will be adding three more future-forward food halls to the Houston foodscape, while also repositioning Conservatory Underground Beer Garden & Food Hall to East Downtown," the memo reads. "By this move, Company of Nomads will have a bold presence in every major part of Houston, including Downtown, EaDo, Washington Heights, and Galleria."
